Villa Balducci is an electric gated property consisting of 4 double bedrooms (three with balcony) all with en suite bathrooms plus 1 single bedroom with own bathroom. Two travel cots and additional single bed available which can be put in the bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room There is a pool house, large sitting room with two different seating areas, a dining room and well equipped kitchen. There are several beautiful outside patios with comfy sofas and tables and chairs with stunning views over the Umbrian hills. There is a large patio with tree coverage as well as a large gazebo over a large table and chairs surrounded by lemon trees and geraniums. There is lighting around the outside areas as well as in the pool for night swimming. The property is surrounded by gardens and a path leading down to the 16 metre pool. The pool has a large baby pool which is separated by a wall from the main pool. There is a pool house with cooking facilities, bathroom with shower and another terrace with table and chairs. There is a built in BBQ. The property is child friendly with safety gates installed from the main house to the pool.
