Reception is key
Reception staff were exceptional - my wife checked in as I was at conference and were so helpful. It was a wet evening and they helped her to room and giving advice about travelling for dinner later. Really impressed

Such a fabulous hotel with great staff and unreal breakfast. Didn’t dine it for evening meal. Excellent location just off Merrion Square - highly recommend

Reception staff were great, happy to help in any way possible. Room was very comfortable, we found the duvet very warm, 13 tog i suspect, prefer a l lesser tog but that’s a personal preference, housekeeping weren’t able to change this, but gave us extra sheets.
