I still trying to figure it out. I booked the hotel through Expedia. Specifying the day I was checking in and the day I was checking out. When I arrived at the hotel, for some weird reason, the hotel had my expedia reservation for a different day, 7 days prior. In the hotel they had as a No show. So, when I show up after driving more than 7 hours, the employee of the hotel tells me that I don't have a reservation even though in my Expedia app it shows that my reservation is for the day I arrived. Nevertheless, the hotel didn't want to take responsibility and they blamed Expedia. So I am in another country, very exhausted after driving more than 7 hours and waiting for an hour to cross the border without a reservation, without a place to stay.
