It had a Shoney's in the parking lot. Very convenient. We pre checked in, so when we got there we told them that and they didn't make us wait in line

We have stayed here many times on our way to the Gulf. It is a simple, conveniently located off the interstate, easy to access, affordable, no frills, welcoming, clean place to lay your head at night. The Shoneys next door is a plus for breakfast the next morning.

Disgusting!!! Don’t stay.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my 47 years. There was a smashed cockroach on the bathroom wall. When you sit on the beds it sounds like you’re sitting on the side of a metal filing cabinet. The air conditioner that didn’t work, sounded like a semi starting up. The microwave and small fridge have seen better days. They’ve obviously been there since the 80’s. The rust on them was a bit much. This was an emergency situation and there weren’t any other rooms anywhere close. I listened to the neighbors tv like it was sitting next to me. The windows were so dirty and stained you couldn’t see.

Great Service!

I came to Clanton to visit my daughter and her boyfriend. Everyone working at the hotel were very pleasant. Tiffany, Kelly, Chris and Eileen were all very helpful and accommodating. There was one more lady but sadly I don’t get her name. Thank you to all!!!

Designated Smoking/Trash Areas

Was good we got 2 rooms for my husband and i and another couple excellent that i was able to get a handicapped room for the seated showering for me bed was awsome. Only thing is we are smokers and they may need to get some big drop butt in ashtrays at strategic spots so as not to have butts in parking lot areas. And more trash cans so guest can throw away trash even if its big barrels with bags in them anchered to the polls just something. Only an idea 💡
