Dora`s Dutch Cottage, Charmer with Swimming Pool near Waterfall Hiking

Come and experience the best of Arkansas hospitality and make unforgettable memories at our charming cottage, nestled at the foothills of the Ozarks and the Arkansas River.
This quaint 2-bedroom/1-bath retreat is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room. Our beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard offers a custom swimming pool for a refreshing escape on hot summer days. Spend your days fishing or kayaking on the River, or hiking to the breathtaking nearby waterfalls. Plus, with easy access to the University of the Ozarks, Serpent Cave, playgrounds, and the Aquatic Center, there`s something for everyone to enjoy.
*During the cooler weather months the pool is closed and is usually re-opened between the last week of April and May 15th.) We ask that you be mindful of the pool cover (it can not be walked on), especially around children.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
No Pets
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval.
2 Cars Only in Driveway.
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
We are not liable for any accidents while using the pool so please be careful. No glass products near the pool.
Also, we have our pool cleaned in between every booking, Debris sometimes blows into the pool. You are always welcome to use the “robot” or the pool nets to get out anything that may bother you. We do not have a professional come back out to clean it during guest’s stays, but nature has a mind of it`s own and any outdoor pool is likely to get `outdoor substances` in it at times. If there are any MAJOR issues with the pool, again, take pictures and send them to us.

*During the Fall and Winter months the pool is technically closed. We ask that you be mindful of the pool cover (it can not be walked on), especially with children.

A perfect vintage escape!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dora's Dutch Cottage. it was a charming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The cottage itself is a true gem, beautifully restored with vintage decor that transports you back in time. Every detail, from the cozy fireplace to the quaint kitchen, was thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and inviting space. The nearby mountain view is simply breathtaking! I spent my days exploring the nearby towns and visiting with family. The beds are comfortable, the home is immaculate and the area was quiet and safe! Overall, I can't recommend Dora's Dutch Cottage enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat, this charming vintage escape is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return and make more memories here!

We loved staying here. The pool was the main draw for us, but the cottage was so cute and clean. Loved that there was a dishwasher and laundry facilities provided. Very peaceful!

Summer staycation

We enjoyed the pool. It was a great pool. There was a full size washer and dryer. It helped with all the pool towels. The location is great. It’s close to other larger towns. We went to Russellville for Hibachi. We also ate Pizza Pro there in Clarksville. It was very good. The cottage itself is decorated beautifully. The kids enjoyed the large TV. We were able to login into all of our subscriptions. We had a few hiccups but the host was very responsive.

Great Stay for the Eclipse!

This home is positively lovely and exceeded our expectations. We were able to seamlessly book and check-in. We loved the home and luxurious backyard with great pool. Michael and Amber were responsive, friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. We are looking forward to booking with them again for future trips to Arkansas!
