Centrally located 5 BD Suncadia Lodge with 3 King en suite bedrooms!

This spacious and luxurious house just off the 16th hole of Prospector Golf Course was built in 2019 and is a short walk to the Swiftwater winery, the new Stovehouse restaurant, and the swim and fitness center. There is an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room which looks out to a wooded natural backyard. There is a large firepit and hot tub in the backyard for use, as well as a ping pong table in the garage.

The bedroom layout is as follows:
-Two en suite king bedrooms on the main floor
-A third en suite king bedroom upstairs.
-A forth king sized bed upstairs
-A bunk room with a queen and twin bed upstairs

Additional amenities include:
-1,000 Mbps speed wireless internet
-JURA mirco coffee maker which grinds whole beans (drip coffee maker available as well)
-Dining room table with extension to seat up to 12 people
-Sonos wireless sound system
-Hot tub with room for 8 people
-Fire pit with ample seating
-Ping pong in garage
-Kids small play area with bean bags and games / puzzles

This was a beautiful house to stay in. We all enjoyed our time here so much. The house has everything you need, the bedrooms are all very comfortable, great mattresses and linens! Loved the open concept for entertaining and playing games with the whole family. Everyone really enjoyed the backyard set up as well. Even the outdoor couch was extremely comfortable to lounge on. We definitely will be back!

Great home!

We had a wonderful stay! House was perfect for our multigenerational group. The gathering table was large, comfortable and worked very well for all family members for meals, games and conversation. Toy closet was such a big bonus! Bedrooms were so roomy. Location of house was ideal and central within the resort. The home is so beautifully furnished with lovely decor. Overall it was one of the best homes we’ve booked!

The house had not been cleaned for a long time. There were cob webs in most of the windows and on or under most of the furniture. A large dead spider in a cobweb on the living room floor. There was floor trim in the kitchen missing which led to an exposed staple/nail which cut my daughters foot open. The door sash to the garage was in multiple pieces. The leather chairs in the living room were worn through. The table outside had dried noodles on it. The cupboard for our food had previous food debris in it. As a topper, there were chipmunks or squirrels running around all day and night. I believed they could also have been in the attic space. I have detailed pictures of everything that I have described above

Beautiful and well equipped property

Our extended family loved this home as it was well laid out with luxurious bedrooms for each family member. The living space extended into the outdoor living space with plenty of space for our family to lounge, dine, play games and relax in the hot tub with a great sound system to play our favorite tunes. We appreciated that the home was well equipped with the basics like condiments, bandaids, and spices. And the positive side was that the host was very communicative and responsive to our questions. We will stay here again and highly recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our weekend in Suncadia - the weather was a little unpredictable, so the house was a great place to just hang out and relax. It is very comfortable and well equipped.

Very Nice House, Great Location

We reserved this house for a three generation family getaway. It worked perfectly. The five bedrooms were great. The older kids and the little kids each had their own rooms as did the couples. The house was well equipped, including the kitchen. The location was very convenient, a short walk from the winery and only 3/4 mile walk to the pool, skating rink and Prospector Inn. It's located on a cut de sac in a very quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a nice bonus, enjoyed by the kids and adults. There was a nice, big dining room table so everyone could sit together for dinners. Finally, we really appreciated the owners willingness to include pets. Our group had a senior beagle who is not well enough for kenneling. This allowed her owners to actually come along. Much appreciated.

Golf Trip with Friends

We’ve been going to Suncadia for years. This was our second trip to play golf. The home we stayed in was first rate. Plenty of room and a fully stocked kitchen. Won’t hesitate to book it again.

Everything We Needed

This was a perfect place for our extended family summer vacation. This year we were able to bring our dog who loved it just as much as we did. Amazing home and location - can't wait to come back!

One of our new favorites in Suncadia. This house was incredibly clean and very well stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, toys for the kiddos, garage with games, and great hot tub (which is not always the case in rentals!) The backyard was perfect and private for the dog. The owner was incredibly responsive and communicative. Would give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Ben for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Christmas in Suncadia

We gathered our family for an early Christmas dinner that turned out to be very memorable for all. Suncadia was surrounded by snow, lights, sledding, and more wonderful winter activities. We were a large group and this property accommodated all of us with ease. Our host was exceptional in answering all of our many questions and concerns. He was respectful, polite, and very prompt on all matters. We would consider renting this property in the future thus giving it an exceptional rating. Larry says-immediately upon arrival the home met our expectations. Big, spacious, new, clean, plenty of bedrooms for peace and quite. And the bathrooms were great too! We squeezed in some time for a hot tub, too! The kitchen was well equipped for a large gathering and easily met our needs for many meals.

Fantastic property

The best first Thanksgiving with our daughter and her new husband. It worked on every level. My husband and I actually got to shovel snow for the first time in 15 years. It was great! Highly recommend for a family gathering.
