Welcome to the Mill Creek Lakehouse at Cle Elum Lake, where comfort and luxury meet. This 5-bedroom retreat accommodates up to 20 guests with four ensuite bathrooms, a queen and twin bunk bedroom, and more sleeping space in the activity room. The fully furnished modern rustic interior boasts an upscale design and gives guests plenty of spaces to play games, watch tv, puzzle, or grab quiet time in one of the bedrooms.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

There is security camera with a view of the driveway that can record audio and video.

This home is in the Lakedale neighborhood. There is a short 8 minute walk to Speelyi Beach (4/10s of a mile). Please use roads to access the beach and do not attempt to go through neighboring properties.

Guests have access to entire home and property with the exception of the garages and maintenance/storage rooms inside the home. Guests will access the home via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival via text and email.

OVERVIEW
As you enter the fully furnished retreat, on the main level you'll find an impressive floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The living area features upscale midcentury modern mixed with modern rustic décor including plenty of comfy seating. The dining area features seating for 16 between the dining table and granite island and there is seating for 12 more on the deck. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware guests need to make their favorite meals! The deck is equipped with a gas BBQ and two outdoor dining tables with seating for 12.

4 PRIMARY BEDROOMS
Off of the great room are four bedrooms w/ king beds and their own private ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms have beautiful custom wood headboards and finishes to help guests unwind. Each bedroom has a tub or shower and a Smart TV.

DOWNSTAIRS
The stairs feature a custom blued pine railing that is breathtaking. Once downstairs you will discover a large recreation room with tons of comfy seating and a freestanding gas stove for the best movie watching experience. Fun abounds in the activity room which boasts couches and a Smart TV for gaming, an air hockey table, a foosball table, and a game table. The activity room also features a curtained off bunk room containing 3 bunk beds.

Head down the hallway from the recreation room to find a cozy bedroom with a queen hand-peeled log bed, two hand-peeled twin bunk beds and a detached bathroom with a shower.

Stepping outside there is a covered deck with a hot tub featuring an infrared heater to keep you warm while soaking, seating, and a gas fire pit. Yard games such as cornhole are available when seasonally appropriate. Watch for deer, turkeys and many varieties of birds that frequent our yard.

Cle Elum Lake offers an abundance of recreational activities, including boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, wind surfing, and more! The lake is a 7 mile long reservoir and the water levels fluctuate greatly throughout the year. The water is at its highest point in May through early June. By late summer the water is at its lowest point and Speelyi Beach is fully exposed. The beach has a gradual slope and consists of sand with some light gravel in areas, perfect for kids to swim and play in.

In addition to activities at the lake, there is hiking, biking, and fantastic winter sports like snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Go exploring during the day and come back and unwind in this spacious home. We have plenty of room in our driveway to accommodate snowmobile trailers, etc.
