As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor entertainment area. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a large smart TV, and a gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably. The main fridge is in the kitchen and there’s a 2nd fridge just off the kitchen in the mudroom.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor junior master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an attached private bath.
• The guest bedroom on the main floor just off the great room features a king bed.
• Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, large double head walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
• The 2nd floor junior master boasts a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom.
• The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor is great for a family with small children. It features a queen bed, and a twin day-bed with a twin trundle underneath.
• The 2nd floor bonus room is a perfect place for the children to hang out and sleep together. It’s equipped with 3 full beds, a wet bar area, and a TV.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
