This stunning Suncadia lodge-style home is located on the 4th hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature Prospector Golf Course. With 4359 square feet, this custom mountain resort home can comfortably accommodate as many as 18. This home is ideally located within Suncadia Resort and is a short distance from the Lodge, Inn, Spa, Winery and resort restaurants and amenities.

This grand, lodge-style home boasts a large gas fireplace in the great room, soaring 25 foot ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with additional prep sink, restaurant quality gas range, and a second oven. The home has a total of 4.5 bathrooms, a large patio with gas BBQ, and views of the golf course from the two upper level decks.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king bed, direct access to patio and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed and private bath with a large jetted tub.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a private balcony.
• 2nd floor bedroom with a queen bed, a twin bed, a twin trundle bed, and TV.
• Lower level bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks.
• Lower level media/bonus room with queen sized wall bed and a bathroom with a large tile shower.

The home features satellite television service with a movie projector in the Bonus Media/Game Room, a large flat-screen TV in the great room and flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms. In the Bonus Game Room you will be treated to a beautiful pool table, 16 foot stand up shuffleboard table, large projection home theater system, and a bar. All the in-home entertainment options make Mountainstar Lodge a perfect retreat for large families or group getaways!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $90 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

Wedding Weekend

We had a wonderful time at The Best Family Home in Suncadia! We’ll suites for large group as there is plenty of room for adults and kids to hang out. We had movie night in the basement the first night. The projector screen was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Convenient location to the lodge, Swiftwater Cellars and parks. Went to Nelson Farm and did Axe throwing and archery, which were both fun. Had a family pickleball competition as well.

Wonderful Property

This was a wonderful property from All Season's Vacation Rentals. It was a large spacious home that was very comfortable for 10 adults and a toddler (2 years old). We all had plenty of space and a lot of different places to hang out during the day and night. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Location and Property

I had never been to Suncadia before and went this summer for a family reunion. We rented two houses side by side and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space, the kitchen is full stocked, loved the pool table downstairs and the hot tub is super clean. The location is great; about 1 mile from all of the Suncadia restaurants. It was super quiet, has woods out back and faces the golf course. Would definitely rent this house again.
