"Icing on the Cake" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course clubhouse, the Suncadia Social and the Stovehouse restaurant. Just out the backdoor is the Suncadia trail that will lead you on a walk or bike ride through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features four bedrooms including 2 Master Suites, and 3.5 bathrooms. Ten guests can sleep comfortably on beds.

This well-designed home features a comfortable great room with a fantastic outdoor living space complete with a private hot tub, and a gas fire pit! The kiddos will love playing in the heated garage game room which also features a Ping Pong Table.

The well stocked kitchen features stainless appliances and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar for 4. Just off the kitchen is the very comfortable living room that boasts a Gas Fireplace, large flat screen TV with YouTube TV and DVD Player! The comfortable furniture is great for relaxing and taking in your favorite TV Program or Movie.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st main floor master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a master suite which features a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a jack-n-jill bath that is shared with the bunk room. This bath has a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds and shares the jack-n-jill bathroom with the queen guest bedroom.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

This property was fantastic, the beds were super comfortable, it was very kid friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better stay with friends and kids. The whole house was very clean, instructions were simple and the hot tub was perfection. Would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone.

The house was perfect for our family—well setup and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. Only item we couldn’t find was a can opener. Enjoyed being close to the trails, parks and lodge. The smores at the lodge were a treat.

Great home to stay in!

The house was clean, spacious and fully equipped. It was exactly as described. The kids loved it, especially the playing area and their bunk-beds. I’d definitely recommend this place as a great place for family vacation.

This is a lovely home and perfect for a snowy getaway in Suncadia. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. It was an excellent home for a game away for 3 couples and kids. Everyone had space for relaxing, playing games both inside and in the garage. Very comfortable.

Wonderful Long Weekend in Suncadia

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Suncadia at Icing on the Cake. The condo comfortably fit eight adults. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Communication with the rental agency wa great and the check in process was easy.
