La Villa CasBlue est implantée sur un terrain en pente de 2000 m2, ce qui lui procure une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes, à bonne distance des villas voisines.

On accède par une jolie porte bleue qui s`ouvre sur un même niveau sur la piscine, la terrasse semi ombragée et les 100 m² habitables composés de :

* le salon ventilée,
* une chambres climatisée et sa salle de bain privative,
