Set in the rolling Tuscan countryside, just a few kilometres from the historic hill town of Colle val d’Elsa, the house offers a large private pool and open views across the surrounding greenery.



The location is ideal for exploring the cultural and culinary highlights of Tuscany. San Gimignano with its iconic medieval towers is only 14 km away, and Siena, Florence and Arezzo are all easily accessible for day trips. Colle val d’Elsa, known for its crystal glass production, is just a 10-minute drive and offers supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The nearby villages of Campiglia and Le Grazie have a few small local stores, and nature lovers will enjoy the Parco fluviale dell'Alta Val d'Elsa with its 4-km-long SentierElsa walking trail – perfect for a riverside picnic.

Though close to amenities, La Capannina enjoys a peaceful and rural position. The house’s large covered terrace, complete with dining table and lounge furniture, is ideal for relaxed meals outdoors.
