An extremely large complex/hotel being built next door which rendered any relaxing time by the pool none existant, a real shame. No warning prior to arriving and no reduction in rates

Very comfortable hotel with good sized rooms. Staff were excellent - buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Sadly our room, superior with a partial sea view also overlooked a very noisy building site where a high rise block was being built adjacent to the hotel. Noise started at around 7.00 am and went on all day.This noise was overbearing when at the pool as well so far from a relaxing area. Had we known about this we would have looked at other options.
