We proudly and directly manage a 5 star cleaning team that has been thoroughly coached in disinfection and sanitation. All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority.

Our home is perfectly located for your Columbia visit. This renovated garage apartment is fully updated and equipped with heat and central AC for your comfort, fast Wi-Fi, 50” Smart TV, a well stocked kitchen, and comfy bedroom. There is off street parking in the driveway, keyless entry, and private deck. We have created this space from scratch with YOU in mind, so you will have everything you need during your stay.

Living Room
Relax on the extra large comfy sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV over fast Wi-Fi. Or enjoy the views of Shandon through the living room window. A ceiling fan will help circulate the air, also enjoy central heat and AC to easily stay comfortable all year round.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooked meals while you are visiting the area. There is a stainless fridge, gas range and oven, microwave and toaster. There is also plenty of glassware, dishware, silverware and coffee mugs. We also provide pots, pans, bowls, knives, plenty of utensils, and salt & pepper. There is a standard coffee maker and we provide coffee, cream, sugar and sugar free sweetener.

Bedroom
The bedroom has been crafted to be calm and inviting. The bed features a brand new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh linens for your comfort. The bedside tables have lamps, bedside chargers and a noise maker.

Kiddos
We've got pack n play, high chair, baby tubs and other baby items available by request.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a full bathtub and shower, brand new fixtures and tile surround. We provide fresh towels, makeup cloths and spa quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also provide hand soap and several rolls of extra toilet paper. There is hair dryer and also a first aid kit.

Laundry
There is onsite laundry with large capacity washer and dryer and we provide a few laundry pods & dryer sheets for your stay. There is an iron and ironing board as well.

There is ample parking in front of the garage apartment that will fit two cars side by side. There is also free street parking in the front of the home.

This property is available to family groups, married couples, or responsible adults age 25 and older. We do not allow rentals to high school or college groups, fraternities, sororities, or unrelated young adults under 25.

Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Special events are NOT permitted at this property.

Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in denied access or immediate eviction without refund.
Maximum occupancy of 8 guests and the vehicle limit of 5 are strictly enforced. Exceeding these limits is grounds for immediate removal without refund, and guests may be charged for associated damages or violations. Absolutely no on-street parking is allowed in the neighborhood.

The property manager is authorized to remove guests and their belongings if these terms are violated, and anyone refusing to vacate when asked will be considered a trespasser after notice.

The property has unlocked access to the pool and lake frontage. Guests are responsible for their children. Children must be properly supervised at all times, especially around the pool, lake, and hot tub. Children are not allowed in the pool without an adult present. Babies must wear a snug-fitting diaper under their swimsuit.

Swim at your own risk – there is no lifeguard on duty. No rough play in the pool, including pushing, dunking, or wrestling. No diving allowed in the pool due to its shallow depth or off the dock. Running on the pool deck is prohibited. Eating, drinking, or chewing gum is not allowed in the pool or hot tub. Glass bottles and items are not permitted on the pool deck. Do not swim under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Swimsuits are required at all times in the pool and hot tub. Please remove any bobby pins or hairpins before entering the pool or hot tub to avoid clogging the filter. Do not throw rocks or other objects into the pool or hot tub, as they may damage the bottom.

Only guests of the property are permitted to use the pool or access the property. Before entering the pool or hot tub from the lake, please rinse off to remove contaminants. An inverted shower is provided next to the hot tub for your convenience. Shoes are required on the dock at all times. Pets are not permitted in the pool area or on the property. Limit your time in the hot tub to 15–20 minutes to prevent overheating. Always secure the umbrella when not in use.

No parking on grass outside of the driveway area. The driveway accommodates a maximum of 5 vehicles. Please do not park or leave vehicles on the street.
Respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down at all times. No fireworks on the property. No charging electric vehicles on the property. Please rinse off toys, floats, and yourselves of lake water before entering the pool. Do not go underneath the house and avoid touching the pool pump or electrical boxes.

Disclosure: We are not liable for any injuries or harm that may occur on the premises. By renting this home, you acknowledge and assume the risks associated with the property and its activities (including swimming, using the firepit, stairs, etc.), and you agree to release the owner from any liability for injuries that may result from participation in these activities.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time.

No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

Pets are strictly NOT allowed in this home. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.

The boat ramp/slip is strictly off limits to guests for use. Boats must be put in the water at a boat ramp like Lake Murray North Recreational Dam or Jake's Landing. If there is evidence that vehicles were on the grass, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you. Personal items will be kept for 2 weeks after your check-out. After that period, they will be disposed of. Please contact us immediately if you think you left something behind.

PROS: Good location- walking distance to restaurants and shops. Kitchen well stocked. Blackout curtains were nice. CONS: Thermostat could not be turned lower than 72 degrees. Very humid. Bathroom shelves were dusty when I took down towels. Shelves inside mirrored bathroom cabinet dusty and dirty. Mattress was poor quality. Couch cushions were pilled and sagging and the furry pillows were not appealing- ended up covering the couch with a blanket and turning the pillows around.

Really great!

The little bungalow was perfect for 2 to 4 people. There was a bed for two and a sofa that could fit two smaller kids. Everything was updated and renovated. We plan to use this site for future visits to the school nearby. Can’t wait to visit again!
