Owned by a proud military family, you will enjoy this adorable lake view guest house that`s just minutes away from Fort Jackson, restaurants, & shopping areas in Downtown Columbia. Offering a comfortable Queen bed & full bathroom w/a stand up shower, spacious living area w/TV, kitchenette area complete w/ everything you will need including a sink, mini fridge, 2 burner cook top, toaster oven, and microwave and large table for 4! It has all you need for a quick getaway spot or a month long stay!
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:

- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- The main house is rented as a separate Bnb. Please be respectful of your neighbor, be mindful of our parking rules, and contact us with any concerns or issues.
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
- Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
- No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
-Pet friendly with a $50 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $75 for 3. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests. DO NOT let dogs swim in lake.
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets
- The guesthouse studio does NOT have access to the backyard or lake
- Do not leave children unattended at any time while on the property. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please ensure all children are supervised at all times.

To be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets and not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace.

Please Note: We will NOT ship ANY items left behind. Please ensure you have gathered ALL your belongs prior to checking out. We will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.

By booking with us you agree to not hold property owner, property manager or the Traylor Team, LLC responsible for accident, injury, or death. All bookings understand that by booking and paying for their stay, they accept these terms at the time of booking for the duration and thereafter of their stay.

If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees or file claims for damages and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.
