Elijah at check-in was super. The breakfast was unacceptable...the eggs patties were not fully defrosted, the sweet roll or whatever it was cold and hard. The breakfast wasn't available in time and a big disappointment vs. similarly-priced hotels in the past.

Breakfast was very limited and not well managed. Our room was clean but overall the hotel seemed a bit run down and not well kept. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Few strange people milling around outside & just sitting in cars in lot. Tv cable system is ridiculous had to change rooms just to see Super Bowl. Breakfast was clean but less than appealing.

The fire. Alarm was missing in our room. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The rooms are nice, clean and bright. Staff are disengaged and do the bare minimum to greet customers. They act like they don’t want to be there.
