It certainly is "old" and needed to be much updated! Just "dark" and wood and painted areas needed to be replaced and painted! Needs to be "brighted" up!! However new 1 piece shower/bathtub was beautiful!! Staff very friendly and accommodating

This was by far 1 of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There is a no smoking policy yet all you could smell was the overpowering stench of POT and nothing was done about it ! When you spend over a hundred dollars a day on a room you would think it would be cleaned every day but not here, every 3 days, not even get the trash out of the room ! It’s a dump and I wouldn’t recommend it at all !

The staff was super nice. Somehow my reservation got messed up but they accommodated me with no hesitation. My only complaint is the condition of the rooms in comparison to the price. They were very outdated with old furniture and somewhat dirty. There was hair left in the shower/tub from previous occupants.The pool/jacuzzi water was brown and my family was scared to swim from fear of getting sick. If the hotel itself was fixed up this would be a great place to stay.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and immaculate. Our only complaint is that the faucet in the sink and shower needs repair. It was difficult to turn on and off. This hotel is worth the money!

affordable stay

It was an affordable room located conveniently to Columbia SC. Although the room's furniture and decor was older, it was clean and comfortable. They staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.

Check in was easy enough. The pool are was dirty, the water was so cloudy you could not see thru it! Good think I was not there to swim. My bed was torn, very uncomfortable.. pillows were horrible. Stain across the ceiling, like a recent leak? And the fire alarm “chirped” all night long! I’ll never stay again
