Perfect place to stay for the Sooners at the Gamecocks. Walked to the stadium from the hotel.

The property was all together clean the water pressure on the second floor was really bad water barely comes out took me forever to get shampoo out of my hair.

Room was dirty and needed repairs. I don't think surfaces were wiped down from previous guests. We saw a few German cockroaches. Desk staff was super friendly and sweet.

Although the room seemed to have new carpeting. The walls had several holes and patched holes. The air conditioning unit was dirty and very noisy. The continental breakfast was a bowl of cereal. The lobby areas were poorly painted and there was trash around the exterior of the building. At least the sheets were clean.

I had a dead baby roach in the bathroom and the ceiling in the shower looked like it was about to fall down and on the other end of the shower the paint was peeling

This is an older property that could use a little cosmetic love, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The property was just what we needed and was very affordable for a USC football weekend. This made a potentially very expensive weekend much more affordable, and, therefore, more enjoyable and stress free. Also, conveniently located near Williams-Brice Stadium.

Spend the extra money, its not worth the savings

The room was a 2, the shower water pressure was so low it felt like taking a shower in the rain. You also have to "request" that they clean your room. The breakfast options are cofffee or old cereal. It smelled of old socks throughout the Inn. Also the air conditioner face was on the floor. I was scared to touch it in case it stopped working. The staff spoke but weren't very friendly. I learned trying to save a buck on accommodations is not worth the buck you save. Its a thumbs down for me.

Tv only had 1 channel, air conditioner fought to cool room, one of my towels was dirty when unfolded, small roaches, door lock battery dead, had to complain to everyone who worked there to get battery changed.

Closest hotel to stadium

Staff was very friendly. About a 20 min walk to William Brice Stadium. Carpet was sticky. Shower had very low water pressure. Mini fridge did not work. They changed our room and the toilet did work. Changed to another room and that toilet didn’t work either. Put us back in original room and moved a working fridge in. In all 3 rooms AC cover was broken and duct taped on.
