The staff was friendly and professional. I didnt like that the parking garage wasnt attached to the hotel. You had to walk down an alley by some dumpsters.

We booked our room for the wrong weekend. We attempted to change our reservation to the correct date. They would not accommodate our request and charged for the nights stay. We will still be coming to Columbia, SC, but will not stay at the Holiday Inn IHG now or ever again.

I went to check in at 3 my room wasn’t ready I had a conference to be at at 4 this was my main reason for this stay I needed some where to change and shower before the conference and didn’t receive a call back that my room was ready until 530ish which by then was 2 late…the staff wasn’t helpful I am extremely disappointed and pissed off and would love a full refund!
