Room are big and cozy but overall facily has very poor maintenance and have problems with cleaning. Coffe all over the floor in the lobby and elevators for 2 days... reception lady wasn't friendly and helpful at all.

We were given a handicap accessible room and neither of us in our party were handicapped. There were beverages in the (open and non-opened) mini fridge and in the shower was the previous guest’s prescription shampoo. Plus the drapes were unable to be opened to let natural light in the room.

The room was very clean. The front door staff at check in were rude and not at all concerned weather our room was ready or not. The breakfast staff were very rude and loud with everyone. Upon walking in it seemed we were challenged as if we were trying to steal breakfast even though we had passes. I will not stay here again. I will be staying at the holiday in off Garners Feery Rd from now on.
