Fantastic location that is right on the trails. We absolutely loved the cabin and will be returning again soon. So nice to find somewhere cozy and clean with all of the necessities that also allows us to bring our dog. Also plenty of parking for a truck and 4 place sled trailer. Highly recommend!
Adorable little cabin located on a very private road right alongside the brook. I stayed with my fiance and our two dogs. We had a great time and would stay there again.
Arrived around midnight and got in no trouble. Was clean and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable, the water pressure was amazing in the shower, the back porch and fire pit were lovely. Loved the area and we can’t wait to come back.
Great little cabin for a get away in any season. Very convenient to town right off the main road yet set far enough back that you feel like you are off the beaten path. Perfect setting over looking the stream, which, of course is frozen in February but must be amazing in the spring and summer
The cabin was cute, cozy and comfortable. Very private and quiet too and plenty spacious enough for me, my husband and our pup. Great location for accessing ATV trails. You need to take the private trail for about three miles and then you hook up with the whole trail system. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Jean was extremely helpful! The cabin was exactly what I was looking for- cozy and quiet. Very clean! My dogs and I had a blast. I can't wait to visit again

We love the place, very clean, organized, quiet, easy access. Jean was always available for any help/questions.
For sure we will go back.
This was my 1st time using VRBO and right out of the gate Jean was there to help me along. She was a gracious host and answered all questions promptly. Her property was top notch and enjoyed the quiet location. Would highly recommend this quiet get away to any couple.

My wife and I were on a two week fall foliage viewing adventure. We stayed at this private cabin for two nights and it was the most enjoyable weekend of our trip. We were pleasantly surprised at the quiet remote feeling location and the view and sound of the running creek from the back porch was amazing. We would highly recommend this get-a-way treasure.
My partner and I enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, cabin clean and charming, and the bed was very comfortable. Similar to other comments, the shower was small and water pressure not great, though this did not ruin our experience. We were grateful for the fire pit and this experience.
We had a nice relaxing stay. The river in the back was nice to sleep too. It was nice to not hear trucks, and trains, and planes. Where we live this is what we have.
We will recommend this slice of piece and quiet to all our friends.
Very nice stay. Second time here. Really enjoyed fishing local streams and ponds was great. We love the area will be back.Appreciate there was a extra propane tank as first one ran out. Any one looking for a quiet peaceful place this is it.
My husband and I had been looking forward to our stay from the moment we booked it. We were not disappointed, the only disappointment we felt was when we had to leave. It was secluded and right on the trail, which our dog was more than eager to goexplore every morning
This cabin looked perfect for us to spend a weekend snowmobiling up north. It was even nicer when we got up there!!! Super clean, super cozy atmosphere, and bigger than we thought! The river is literally right off the back deck, it’s the last house on a dead end road with plenty of space to turn and park a trailer, also the beginning of the trail starts from this property. We definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!
We absolutely loved this cabin. Great for two people and pet friendly. Private and beautiful setting on the stream. We enjoyed the trail behind the cabin as well. The road leads to snowmobile trails. The cabin had every detail covered. Well equipped and decorated perfectly. I was sad to leave. The owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back in the summer.
When you can walk out behind your cabin with a Fly Rod and land a Brook Trout & Rainbow Trout, Life is Good.
Heaven on Earth. Cabin fully stocked, detailed, clean,
comfortable, all functioning. Quiet secluded road away from the world, just the gorgeous river running by out back to lull you to sleep. Just minutes from Downtown with Good Eats, Groceries, and Dixville Notch around the corner. Will definitely return.
The cottage was PERFECT! It was great for snowmobiling right from the cottage and perfect for the dogs. The cottage was super warm with everything you could possibly need. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever! We can't wait to come back in the Spring with our side-by-side. Thank you for the best Valentines weekend! We even had a little snow while we were there. Plenty of parking for the truck & trailer and SO private! We didn't want to leave.Love all the bear decor. Tastefully decorated!
We booked an extended stay a year in advance for the solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. Both the eclipse and property did not disappoint. Perfect for a couple. The steak was active from spring snow melt and run-off. Reasonably priced and well equipped kitchen. Having extra pantry items a plus. As a owner we also highly recommend.
