On the day of my arrival, I called the hotel several times to let them know I would be checking in late, but no one ever answered. When I arrived around 11:30 PM, no one was at the front desk and the doors were closed, so I had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to come. Once I got to the room, I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the vents and shower head were dirty. The tub was peeling, and the sheets were dingy instead of clean and white. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

We reserved a king suite on Expedia . We ended up in a handicap suite for some reason. The shower water goes all over the bathroom which is little annoying .Suggest a long drain by the shower vs a circle drain by the toilet .

Our room was well past its expiration date. The room overlooked hvac units that were loud enough to disturb sleep and had not been updated. Toilet had not been updated and was a safety hazard with its short height. This room was extremely disappointed. I wonder if Expedia sells the worn out nasty rooms.

The hotel was very difficult to find. Its downtown Columbia and the name of the hotel is not very visible. However when we finally got there, the parking, the staff and the hotel was perfect.
