The customer service, cleanliness, the breakfast special shout out to front desk help Laylay &Tiffany G!!!! These young ladies where 100% help and a perfect example of customer service
Upon chucking in a young man was at the counter talking to another while a female was waiting on another couple. The two were looking at their phones and talking so I said can I check in please. He said, Iâll be with you in a minute. Then he walked off not to inform me he would return, he didnât say anything but looked at his cell phone. After the girl helped the couple she immediately help me with checking in. She even provided a bag with two water, she was great.
However, not only will you pay for your room, we found out we had to pay for parking at $12 a night which is totally unacceptable.
Refrigerator leaked and got my suitcase and clothes all wet. Only one elevator worked and waited a long time to get up and down to the room. Only one staff checking in and waited 20-30 minutes to check in. The breakfast was gross, eggs and French toast was rubbery. They only clean your room every other day and wouldnât bring us new towels after using all the towels to dry the floor. Only thing we liked was the Starbucks across the street and how large the room was.
The hotel is immaculate! Everything is so clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was delicious!!! Definitely NOT your typical free breakfast! Had many hot items including a breakfast taco bar that amazing!
My daughter goes to UofSC so I know the area. This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I was very happy with the accommodations. Clean, friendly staff, helpful. Will definitely be back.
Parking lots full. We wait 1 houre for an space. The floors and the elevators dirty. The police was in the hotel because something happened in a room. Very bad experience.
You have to pay to park, which is normally not a problem except the QR code doesnât work, the text function doesnât work and youâre left with having to email the company. Seems like a lot of work for something that should just be handled at the front desk. Still not sure weâve done it right and hope we donât get towed.
