The property was just OK. There were no carpets in the rooms or hallways so every sound could be heard in the room from the down the hallway. The shower was very small as my wife and I kept hitting the shower doors and the fixture which would turn off the water or change the temperature rapidly. The towels were the thinest Ive seen in a hotel. There were no wash cloths and only one soap for both shampoo and body wash.

Great location within a 15 minute walk of the lake, duomo and shops. Clean rooms and great price but AC was not working well. Delicious restaurant around the corner called Crianza.

Wrong Room Given

I paid more to specifically book a double twin bed room. We arrived shortly after 2pm to check-in and were told no rooms were available. The hotel did not offer to reduce the price of our room when we had no other choice but to accept the room containing a single double bed. They blamed the mistake on hotels.com and told me I had to take up the issue with the website’s customer service.

Pokey, poorly maintained and in need of an upgrade

I was disappointed. The room, its proportions, the shower all of it was way more basic and depressing than I was expecting even for a budget hotel. The best bit was the breakfast offer served in a bright room. Had a way better stay in a boutique style hotel for less money a few days later in the centre of Milan so won't be staying in Como again next time I want to take a train to the lake.

Location was perfect for our one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and bathroom was spacious. Free parking, although spots are tight and not very many. Overall happy with our choice.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was suppose to be a “superior” room and it was not. It had dirty walls with lots of scuff marks everywhere. I swore when I booked it said breakfast was included,but I was told it would be an extra $9 per person per day. A lady in front of me during check in booked a room for nearly a hundred dollars less than I paid and it included breakfast. The sink made some awful noises when using it and the water pressure was low/slow.There was also some small bugs.We kept the windows closed so I have no idea where they came from.

The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy. The room was quite warm and I was told not to touch the thermostat or it could go off completely. I’m not sure why, but there were shavings either from drilling a hole, or from paint on the floor by a door. This is a budget hotel, and for the price it fit our needs.

Great for one night, location brilliant, room clean, the aircon wasn’t the best but it was tolerable. Staff were friendly, easy check in process and parking was convenient and cheap. Would return for a short stay again, wouldn’t stay for an extended period, the hotel is good for convenience and had everything we needed.
