Holiday villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This rustic-style villa is characterised by a spacious indoor, decorated with stone and a wooden-beam ceiling, which helps convey the authentic atmosphere you would expect to find in such a place. However, despite its rustic character, this villa is equipped with modern equipment, to make you feel at home.

The large living room shares space with a comfortable dining area, all warmed up by the brick fireplace. The fully-equipped open kitchen’s bar is made of tree trunks, to keep the same authentic feeling that you find throughout the holiday home. The high ceiling of the dining area have allowed the owner to build a mezzanine, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, ideal for reading at peace. The ground floor also welcomes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; the bathroom of the villa is provided with a shower.
All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

On the outside of the villa, you’ll be overwhelmed by the staggering views of the Mediterranean Sea and the hills that surround the town of Competa and characterise the Sierra de Almijara, in whose heart this villa is located. The large covered terrace welcomes a dining area, where you can enjoy lots of breakfasts with a view and meals cooked on barbeque provided. The oval-shaped private pool and the poolside sun loungers will provide comfortable moments of relaxation at the sound of nothing but singing birds. Stone is the predominant material, which integrates harmoniously with the colourful flowers and vines of the outdoor area. The property is not fenced.

The access to the villa, which relies on a private parking space, is made possible by a paved lane, whose last 300 metres are characterised by slopes, since the villa is located on a hill.
