This property has an ideal location for using Coniston as a base. It's walkable to/from village centre. Appreciated the fact that it's self-contained with dishwasher and washing machine. In the small courtyard there is a place to hang clothing to dry. Because heating was turned off we were uncomfortably chilly. An appeal to owner did not improve situation. Suggestions: e

Wonderful cosy cottage

This was our 2nd stay in this delightful cottage and it didn’t disappoint. Perfectly located in the centre of Coniston to enjoy the beautiful local walks and selection of pubs. The cottage was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The heating was on when we arrived so very welcoming. The new bathroom was a lovely addition. The enclosed garden was great for our dogs. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
