If you're a family in need of an active mountain getaway or quality bonding time, you've found your perfect vacation home base. To make your family feel at home, the owners thoughtfully supplied this condo with many fun extras including a child booster seat, pack-n-play, lots of DVD's, loads of fun board games and toys, childrens' art supplies and books.

Don't worry - if you're a couple wanting a romantic getaway or a group of friends, you won't even notice all the kid stuff. It's neatly tucked away in closets and drawers. And there are books, movies and games for adults too!

At the end of an exhilarating day on the slopes, you'll ski into Timber Creek, leave your skis in your own assigned ski closet and then kick your feet up in front of the warm fireplace inside the condo.

**The hot tub on-site is currently undergoing maintenance and is expected to open sometime in the the summer or 2026. We will update this listing as soon as it is available again.

If you don't ski or snowboard, there's plenty to do. You can relax by the fire and enjoy a book from the condo collection, watch a movie on one of the two flat screen TVs, listen to your favorite music in the iPod docking station or cook an amazing meal for the troops. And don't forget that you're less than a 5-minute walk from the Center Village restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Timber Creek is a gem, with ski-in, walk-out slope access, conveniently located in the Center Village, just steps from the beginner Gem and Pitchfork lifts. If you're not a beginner, you'll take the Gem lift up and ski across Skid Road to access the Super Bee lift and more difficult terrain on the east side of the mountain. Or take a short walk to get to the main Center Village lifts.

This condo is peaceful and quiet despite its convenient location - just far enough away from the busy and noisy main plaza. You'll be on the 2nd floor, so you won't have any loud ski boots stomping above you. Your views are the 'Sky Chutes' to the east and the Gore Range mountains to the north. There's nothing like sitting on your own private balcony, enjoying a local microbrew or soothing hot chocolate while taking in the glorious mountain views!

Sleeping arrangements for 6 people include a king bed in the one bedroom upstairs, a twin and a full size bed in the loft upstairs, and a queen sofa-bed in the living room on the main level. You will LOVE having 2 full bathrooms - one upstairs and one on the main level. You won't find many one-bedroom condos with even 1.5 bathrooms, let alone 2 full bathrooms! And both bathrooms feature a vanity/sink conveniently separate from the tub and shower.

Your group's chef will prepare your favorite feasts in the recently remodeled fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite counters, new cabinets and some new appliances. Everything you need...except for food, of course! You'll gather at the dining table for 4-6, or grab a quick snack at the bar that seats 2. The open layout of the kitchen and living room ensure that everyone is included in the storytelling at the end of an exhilarating day on the mountain.

Additional on-site amenities include a covered parking spot, private ski locker, laundry room and an enclosed trash and recycling area.

Please note: Check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check-out time is any time before 10am. We are not able to accommodate an early check-in and/or late check-out.

Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, we will send a full refund. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance including coverage for cancellation due to any reason. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations.

Overall, this condo is a good value for the price. However, it is advertised as having hot tub access, and the hot tub is currently not functioning. We were not informed of this ahead of time, and when I contacted the owner, they said there was nothing they could do. The sauna also does not get hot enough to function properly as a sauna. The location is very convenient to Center Village, about a 7-minute walk. The ski-in access is great, though it does require skiing down a blue run. That said, if anyone in your group is not comfortable with that, it is an easy walk back from the village.

Nice, clean condo in a GREAT LOCATION. It’s just a short, easy walk to the slopes and center village. We walked to everything and there is also a trail that leads to condo access and puts you at the back of the condos and then right to the stairwell of the condo after the day of skiing! No need to walk back!The condo was well stocked with plates, silverware and cookware. The communication with the owner was great as he is very quick to respond. All directions were clear and easy to understand. I got a message with entry instructions before leaving for the trip instead of day of which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here.

My daughter and I stayed at this property for three nights. We basically only slept there as our daily activities were not in the Copper Mountain area. We ran out of toilet paper in the upstairs bathroom (no extra rolls anywhere in the unit) and there was no place to hang a towel in that bathroom. For our trip the unit was ok as we did not spend a lot of time there but for someone who wants to spend a lot of time inside the unit, we found it to be dated and not as nice as others we saw.

The property was as listed and we really enjoyed our time there. Great ski in/ ski out spot even with limited snow late in the season. We enjoyed having our own fireplace and fully stocked kitchen. We will be back.

condo was clean and adequate, Grill is not located conveniently enough to use, no extra towels, condo was clean, walk to chairlift and village was accurate, no outside service, ie sidewalks not shoveled. for the cost of these things I just expect more. But it worked just fine. Hot tub was enjoyable.

Convenient Access, Comfortable Lodgings

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for two parents and two adult kids. A small hike to the ski slopes if you are not a beginner (in which case there is a t-bar right next door) and convenient ski in access when you're tired. The hot tub is great for sore muscles but it requires walking. If you plan to use it, which I recommend, bring slippers and warm bathrobes for all and extra towels as the towels are small and there are not many. I cooked our meals in advance. The kitchen was great for heating them, or if you want to make easy meals. Loved the ski locker as we did not have to cart skis up and down multiple flights. The kids "bedroom" is actually two beds on a stair landing outside the door of the main bedroom and the fireplace is gas. But all that said it worked well for us. My only issue was slightly misleading advertising. I'd do it again! We did not need to spend money once we got there as we have ski passes and made food in advance. We only had to ski, soak in the tub, and hang out.
