This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the new American Eagle Chondola lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, and Community Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR24-R-00103| One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Wonderful and convenient

This condo is in a very convenient location within feet of the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. The condo was clean and had every amenity we could ask for.
