Avoid this place at all costs. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy. The room was filthy, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the photos online. We couldn’t even stay for five minutes before deciding to leave. When we asked for a refund, the manager refused and claimed it was “the best place you can find.” This is by far the worst place I’ve encountered in Canada. Do not be fooled by the misleading photos.

Martin's Inn is a sweet old school motel that is clean, has everything you need, and is run by kind people.They also provide little mini toothpastes which I have never even seen in high end hotels!

Could hear the TV from both adjoining rooms. Floor was noisy when walking on. Kettle didn't reach the outlet. Beds uncomfortable. However, it was clean and affordable as advertised. Perfect for a weary traveller who is not a light sleeper.

Quaint place with great service

We stayed for 2 nights at Martin’s Inn for a tournament weekend in March 2025. The motel is dated but very well maintained. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable, and there were some thoughtful amenities including a multi-prong phone charger and instant coffee. The customer service was excellent and each staff member we crossed was friendly and helpful. I’m glad we didn’t let the exterior and photos scare us away! This was a great stay at an affordable rate close to amenities in town. The only advice I would offer if you choose to stay here is to consider bringing your own pillow if you’re fussy. We found them pretty flat. Luckily my travel partner brought her own, and I was able to use 5 for myself.
