Great Place with power washer shower

Quick one night stay Older Hotel with long hallways might seem a bit dated Our room was more updated and what I would expect Water pressure in the shower well hold on it might remove tattoos that you don’t want lol I have stayed at quite a few hotels this one for sure has the best water pressure There are lots of amenities within 5 mins

Very dated, run down. Long grungy dark hallways, our hallway had an unpleasant odour. Room was fairly clean but walls very scuffed, room chair stained, bathroom counter chipped and exhaust fan not working and caked in dust. Popcorn ceiling and walls, everything felt grungy. Just overall felt run down. Would not stay here again.

Perfect over night stay

We have stayed at the Ramada Inn a few times for an overnight of ordering out for food and using the swimming pool. It is perfect for a last minute stay over. My family loves how quiet it is and how friendly and helpful the staff is! We loved it!!

My wife and I had to pull off in Cornwall due to a severe snowstorm. The Ramada was conveniently located near a Walmart and several restaurants that made our evening much more manageable. The staff was very friendly and the room was actually very nice. My only complaint was, I woke up early to take a shower, And despite my running the hot water for about five minutes, it never really got warm, and therefore, the shower was pretty uncomfortable.

We were forced to stay in Cornwall when winter weather closed the highway. Our initial phone call was with Shannon who comforted us and invited us to come on in out of the snow. In person she helped us check in and settle in to a clean and spacious room. Thank you Shannon for exceptional service. Breakfast was top notch and the pool is a bonus! Your hotel is fantastic.

Heating system/AC unit in room 123 made quite a loud noise when it was running. It may need to be serviced. It made sleeping difficult because the noise kept waking us up when the heater would start up.

Great pet friendly hotel. The staff were lovely and even though there was a hockey tournament going on with young kids, there was a minimal amount of noise in the hallway thanks to the staff being proactive at check-in.

Our stay was 7 February to 9 February 2025 room 257. We selected this hotel because it had one bedroom suites, and the suite we enjoyed for its size and feeling. That being said there were two annoying issues. The first one being hot water which we did not have until late afternoon on the 9th; 2nd issue was the fireplace. When turning on there was a distinct smell of gas so we turned it off. Tried again the next day and same result and turned it off and did not use. Was reported to front desk. On the positive side staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the better we have had in places that use that style of breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had no hot water for the entire duration of our stay. The hotel staff told us they were waiting for parts to repair a hot water tank, only after we complained and not during check in. The bedroom portion of our suite had no heat for the entire duration of our stay. Hotel staff attempted to fix the heat but were unable to fix it. The evening hotel staff was rude when we brought these issues to their attention. The manager Shannon was pleasant when we checked out and advised she would work with Expedia to have a resolution to our issues. However no one from the hotel has cooperated with Expedia and the whole experience has been terrible. The 1 star is because the location is great for attending hockey tournaments in Cornwall. Aside from that, stay elsewhere.
