Everything clean and tidy. Very well organized. The wait staff at the restaurant was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Giovi was exceptional, and shows how he loves working there. Giovi makes a whole difference. Front staff was courteous but may need to be more attentive. It seems they're multitasking a lot of things.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and had variety. The room we had had some mold in the shower door. The pation door kept jamming and it would not close all the way. The internet connection inside the room was poor (little to none). The running water in the bathroom smelled like sewage. The sink water was dirty. I think you have to ask for room service because we never had one in the 3 nights of our stay.

We had a room with balcony and a pool view that is clean and quiet. Staff are amazing! They go above and beyond with services provided. Staff even give us a courtesy call in making sure that we'll not miss breakfast 30 mins before it ends. Food served at breakfast are all 10/10 in taste, cleanliness, and presentation. They are also fast and efficient with room service such as housekeeping, towel change, and collecting garbage upon request. There's 2 wide pools, the widest pool is kid friendly and lifeguard is present at all times. Staff always smile and greet you at anytime time of the day. I am thankful and grateful for Sandra, Anita, Mj, and all staff at Fernvale!

The breakfast is the highlight in Fernvale hotel. Different varieties and even better than the food we ordered from the menu. The pool is always clean. My families enjoyed their time in the pool. It’s a good place to go if you travel with kid. However, the food from the bar/menu is a bit disappointing regarding the price, flavour and services.

Nice staff, good to be outside of Coron which was busy and polluted when we visited. Expensive drinks and food though compared to standard local prices but not justified by quality.

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s affordable and a beautiful place. The place is green, clean and quiet. It has a beautiful pool not just for adults but also for children. They offer great free breakfast every day. There’s a free shuttle that picks you up from the airport and drop you off. There a local transportation the resort can call for a minimal fee (less than $1 US) if you want to visit the town. Most tour operators and Island hopping activities picks you up from this hotel. On top of that the staff are very helpful, courteous and warm and wears a smile every time. I would gladly recommend this place.

Stayed for one night. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the pool and the grounds were nice. The meals were good. You are a little ways from town but taking a tuktuk into Coron just adds to the adventure. We would stay there again.

Everything was perfect....couldn't find fault in anything.. Room was great.....wanted for nothing. Staff very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was very very good.....lots of choice. And the jewel in the crown was that awesome pool ! Absolutely amazing ! Would highly recommend the Fernvale Leisure and Spa hotel to any discerning traveller.

Quite a way from town but property is huge n nice when it’s low season. Must question about pool towels though- one front desk person said they were free to use outside of hotel and the next day, another front desk person said we have to rent. Very contradicting. Best to stick to one rule.
