The hotel is located in a quiet area like 10 min ride out of time (ideal if youâre renting a scooter or 20 pesos per person for trike).
Bright side: Stuff is simply amazing! Every employee is very nice, smiling and helpful all the time.
Downside: Bathrooms - very dirty shared bathrooms. They werenât cleaned (not once) while we stayed there. Spider nets and dust everywhere. Youâd better upgrade to their apartment rather than the small rooms.
It says wifi available. It only works in the reception area, plus they ran out of their prepaid package, so during our stay - no wifi, or extremely slow.
Ratings are very unfair, but compared to other hotels in Philippines I would say 4.5/10. World scale def not more than 1.5/10. For the price, kinda OK!
There was water all over the floor of a hotel room. I woke up and my cell phone fell to the ground. Normally, my cell phone fell to the ground. But the phone fell to the ground, but the hotel floor was full of water. I don't know what went wrong, so that my iPhone x was scrapped. The hotel has no signal. It is impossible to make a phone call. WiFi is also impossible. The most amazing thing is that you want to have lunch or dinner. You can only go to town on a 20 motorcycle. The most amazing thing is that I offered my passport and visa after renting a car. When I changed my passport, I found that the visa sandwiched in my passport was lost. You don't know what it's like for people who are going to fly the next day to lose their passport. When I asked their staff to react to the loss of my visa, they insisted that they did not see my visa. But I knew very well that my passport would only be with my visa, and at my insistence, I forced open their drawers and found my visa in their drawers. I don't know what this is. I hope your boss will give me a satisfactory answer when he sees this comment. This is the most sincere remark a customer has about your hotel. I hope the hotel owner and the other passengers can see what I said.
