The house is set on 3 levels.

Ground Floor
On the ground level which is made of a living area equipped with sofa, a corner kitchen, a dining area with kitchen and 4 bedrooms of which 2 are doubles, one is single, and one has bunk beds. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms both with shower.

First Floor
A stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the upper floor made of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Lower level
From the living room in the ground floor a stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the lower level made of living area equipped with kitchen, an open room with a double bed, a twin bedroom (on request can be add a single bed also) and 2 bathrooms of which one with shower and one just a toilette. From the outside a staircase leads to the laundry equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron board.

The house is surrounded by olive groves with a view of the surrounding hills and of Cortona and Foiano della Chiana. There is a barbecue and a big gazebo equipped with a wooden table ideal for outdoors dine. The swimming pool is not far from the house and has a rectangular shape.

The pool measures about 6 x 12 metres and has a variable depth from 1,00 to 1,70 metres. Three Roman steps lead inside the pool overlooking Cortona linen in PVC and has a chlorine depuration. There is a solar outdoor shower. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and armchairs and also at the guest disposal there is a bathroom with toilet and shower.
