Breakfast was not available until 7 am the time our flight departed Eppley in Omaha. The mattress seemed worn on the sides as it was not fully supportive of my side. The same elevator was not working as last year. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility very clean.

My daughter and i stayed one night My daughter found a burger on her bed cover. I wanted to take a bath but there was no bath plug when i called down i was told i couldn't get a bath plug since they didnt have any extra. She said the guests keep stealing them. She did tell me we could change rooms but we were already settled in. The biggest complaint would be breakfast. We went down at 930am. They said breakfast was til 10am. The pancake machine was out. There were no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. Couldnt find an attendant so went to front desk to tell them and she said they would get someone over there. We waited and a lady walked over and looked at us, went into kitchen area and never came out. Just completely ignored her job. So all the other people after us never got pancakes nor biscuits. I paid over 150 for the room and really dissatisfied with the service at this hotel

September Stay ‘25

The stay was nice! The shower was amazing! Didn’t get any room service, but I didn’t know I had to pre ask or whatever it was…that was not explained to me at check-in. The breakfast could’ve been better…was looking forward to the cheese omelet like the signed said but was let down when it was scrambled eggs…OJ was water but was corrected…the sausage both turkey and pork looked anemic and undercooked…so breakfast was a let down as was the pool…it was advertised that the pool was heated and it was not, I’d rather swim and relax than swim and freeze
