Very Clean and comfy

It was a good stay. Our room was huge, actually had room to move around with 2 beds in the room. It was an updated look, old building with a pretty bandaid on it. But it was very inviting and nice. I would stay there again. Very very clean! Breakfast was a bust, but let's be honest... since COVID breakfast at hotels are not the same.

The photos online looked great. Booked it for 2 nights. We got there, and the room was not clean. The bathroom had hair on the counter, and toilet, the previous guests half empty hotel provided shampoo bottles were left in the shower, the mirror was filthy, and the drain was clogged, leaving me standing in a discolored puddle of water at the end of my very quick shower. There were no hand towels provided, 1 wash cloth and only 2 bath towels when my reservation was for 3. Stains on the bedding, electrical hazards, weird stains and damage on the walls...I could go on and on. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked out an entire day early, knowing I would not get a refund. Disappointed to say the least.

Not going to repeat bad first impression

Although the room was pretty clean, the overall room needed more repairs than our home. There was no proper doorknob on the bathroom door. The shower rod was sagging because the holders were not tight enough. It would have been helpful to have a handle on the tub tap too. I was very disappointed that the hotel staff allowed guests to go to a room that definitely needed repairs finished!!

Good enough for a few hours sleep.

I have no complaints about the hotel in general, we were only here to sleep for a few hours before our early flight. But the room could have used some work. The light was burned out in the entry. The knob was broke off the bathroom sink and there was no toilet paper holder. The room had a musty smell to it and food on the floor left over from previous guest.

Should be closed down.

Sex stains on the sofa. No fitted sheet on the bed. We visited the front desk with issues numerous times (and had our room changed once). On our way back to our room the 3rd time, someone else was headed down from our floor with bedbugs in a glass. That was it for us- we left. Would add photos but that feature seems to not be working.
