Trash hadn’t been removed from previous guest. Tv/ cable didn’t work, breakfast wasn’t available till later in the morning

I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the airport. But when we got there, it wasn’t running for the next two weeks. When we got to our room it smelled awful…really bad!! The TV didn’t work, so I picked up the phone to call the from desk, and the phone didn’t work. I went down to lobby and told them what my issues were. She left the room and supposedly called someone. She came back and said he would be up to fix it. This was about 6:00 pm and no one ever showed up.

The property is older and needs some upgrades. That being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was neat and organized, all the food fresh and hot.

Out dated, pics on internet are deceiving. Room was dirty and jaccuzi was broken. Cable went out. Stain on floor that looked too close to blood. Gross. One waffle machine for several hungry guests in the morning. Won't be going back
