Great staff but building is tired and needs investment
Brilliant location and all staff were helpful and friendly. Good parking outside. Restaurant dinner was excellent. Hotel felt comfortable and relaxing with good facilities and fabulous views of the Solent

It’s ok, needs updating. Most staff friendly, only let down by a couple.
Room with sea view… only just!, over looking ugly roof.
Food mediocre but hot.
Probably wouldn’t recommend unless updated.
The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower and the area was quiet at night. The choice of breakfasts was excellent and the view from the restaurant was an added bonus.
Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very professional approach by not shouting out the room number but just giving the key cards - excellent. Dinner was also excellent with good service. Room very comfortable. Not much of a view but no complaints.
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is kept clean and tidy, the staff is excellent and friendly. The property offers a quiet location to visit neighbourhoods and main attractions nearby.
We Stayed in Room 9 (ground floor), very noisy room, lots of noise above and to the side of the room, terrible nights sleep. Bed was hard, the bathroom and hotel in general looked like it was still back in the 80’s. My advice, stay elsewhere!
