Liked: variety and quality of breakfast food; especially pancake maker machine; manager was professional and quick to call back with clarification and follow up after I called regarding unauthorized charges on my credit card; games room. Disliked: breakfast server was dressed in sweatpants and concert shirt; appeared only one employee was available to wipe down tables and was rushing around to keep up during breakfast rush; dining room wall decor is mismatched, outdated and looks like it was decorated with Dollar Store items; our room toilet required handle-jiggling to stop toilet from continuously running; the air vent was noisy and disrupted sleep; after check-out my credit card was erroneously charged for another guest's invoice and when I called to inquire why I wasn't notified of the mistake I was told it was because I didn't provide my phone number upon check-in (I provided all details when I booked online and feel if the front desk staff needed more info, they should have asked me during check in or just emailed me). My family members have stayed at this hotel many times over the last decade, unfortunately it appears less cared for and more rundown each time we visit. Based on our summer stay experience, we canceled our upcoming fall reservation.

Filthy hotel. Reeked of cigarettes even though it's a smoke free property? Carpets and upholstery clearly haven't been cleaned in decades. Stains on everything, ripped sheets on the beds. Walls had weird smears on them. Very loud as right on the main drag.

Everything was 'fine'.

Everything was just 'fine'. The couch in the room was not inviting as there were many stains and it just looked grungy. Otherwise, everything seemed clean. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was fine. The free breakfast is a great addition with a lot of value.. nice to have a sit-down breakfast before leaving for the day and not needing to stop somewhere. Typical continental options (muffins, fruit, yogurt) but also included an omelette bar (no cheese though) and hashbrowns, bacon, and sausage. Front desk staff were very kind and polite but their early check in system needs improvement.. I was told by management that "if you don't hear back, its not approved". A little communication would go a long way when people are planning their travel around this. Housekeeping appear to have little respect for people trying to sleep in. Left the door propped open across from my room which caused the locking system to chirp loudly enough to wake me up. This was also done the day before, but I was already up, so although less disruptive, still very annoying and inconsiderate.

Staff were very professional and helpful. Everything was very clean. The rug in the room is starting to show some wear. Bed comfortable. Bathroom a little small. Outdoor area was a bonus. Breakfast had lots of selection including an omelette station. Our room faced the street. If you are a light sleeper pack earplugs. Was not an issue for me tho.

Horrible dive and nothing like the pictures!

The pictures you show on your website is NOT what this hotel looks like. My husband and I were shocked at the dive it is. You need to get true pictures of it because the pictures on your website we trusted and they are what sold us on it. I checked in online and when we pulled into the parking lot we could not believe it. Your pictures show it white and pristine. It didn’t even have the Lobby you show. It’s brown, dirty looking, it has spray paint on it, it is literally a dive. If the outside was in that condition there is no way we are staying in it. We drove on until we found a true decent hotel for the night. Someone needs to go out and look at this place and take current pictures. You can’t mislead customers like that!
