Very clean. Beautiful view of the mountians. Be careful picking your parking spot as spaces are different sizes and shapes.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. The sushi and pizza places next door were both good. Front desk staff was excellent. The only toiletries provided were shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Room was older and could have been cleaned a little better, but comfortable enough.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating after having to change room to main floor due to no elevator and mobility issues. There was also no dining but lots of eatery’s within a short walking distance.

Staff were nice and helpful but the place is ageing and wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom walls and corners were gross, and the towel rack ripped out of the drywall. Should be cleaner for $200+ a night. You can stay at cleaner and nicer places in Fernie for that price.

Very cute hotel. Rooms are not renovated but they are clean, cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was so fun with the kids. Wish we were staying longer so that we could have used the theatre, or spent more time in the game room. Will stay here again next time we're in Fernie!

All the extras: the special gift for my dog, bedding that was breathable and not a rubber mattress or polyester blanket, pleasant staff who were very helpful, well laid out bathrooms, extra amenities, like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Kleenex, recycling bin, a library/lounge room, decent breakfast.

Staff was friendly and very helpful when checking in. However it was a very disappointing experience! Travelled to have a relaxing weekend to celebrate our engagement. Advertised hot tub was not in service. Day after we arrived the sauna was out of order. Restaurant was closed. Beds were so hard we could hardly move when we got up. And the hot tub & sauna weren’t in service! Breakfast snack was terrible. Dry muffins, a couple pieces of fruit in a bowl. No yogurt as advertised. Coffee was weak like dirty water. Should’ve received a substantial discount when advertised amenities are not available.
