The Good 1. Reception was friendly and helpful 2. Bed was comfy The Bad 1. I booked a regular room, but was guven one with a rol-in shower (for those with mobility issues. The shower and bathroom was dirty, mostly due to upkeep (grout / caulkung). 2. The fridge in the room is very loud, likely on its last leg. 3. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and the onsite restaurant was not open before I had to leave for my flight.

Staff excellent very helpful. Rooms very clean. Superstore right beside though did not use. Parking was limited and a bit tight tricky in last spaces but we managed. Food and drinks in the hotel as you would expect and not silly prices. I would definitely use again as overnight stop for early flight out. Thanks

This is a great hotel and we booked in again as soon as we knew we were flying from Gatwick. The pool is fab, the rooms spacious, everything is spotlessly clean, the staff were superb and the bar/ food options are decent. Only negatives - it's expensive for a taxi to the airport and it was a complete nightmare accessing the hotel on foot. Last time we stayed we were in a car. Other than that, a top notch place to stay.

The stay was okay overall, but there are areas for improvement. The windows weren’t cleaned properly — when I opened the curtains, there was bird droppings on the glass, which wasn’t pleasant to wake up to. Also, the shower had drainage issues, and the water wasn’t flowing well, which made it quite inconvenient.

This place had it all. Great bar and restaurant, spacious rooms and close proximity to the airport. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am flying in or out of London Gatwick airport.

Great Place

Thad a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near Three Bridges Station and just a short distance from LGW Airport, yet the area is pleasantly quiet. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Inside the hotel, the restaurants were well-equipped and offered a good variety of options. The room itself was amazing-spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. While it's not close to Central London, the location is perfect if you're looking for easy airport access and a peaceful environment. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Infant cot was not acceptable, a travel cot with no mattress was not fit for a child to sleep overnight in. The metal base is prominent and is not covered suitably by the thin foldable and bed sheet wrapped around it.

A great place for an overnight near Gatwick. A Tesco is 10 min walk way and the train Three Bridges 15min, so easily connected. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast provided was very satisfying. However, I found the transportation from the airport to the hotel to be quite expensive. I was also assigned a room with a wall blocking the view, which wasn’t a significant issue since my stay was brief. That said, I’ve noticed a recurring trend when booking through Expedia: I often receive rooms without windows, limited natural light, or lacking basic amenities like a bathroom. Additionally, the deals through Expedia have not proven to be any more cost-effective than booking directly with the hotel.

Nice hotel conveniently located to K2 Crawley, good facilities but steam room needs fixing - not hot and a bit dirty. Pool great however. Good room, lots of towels, good telly and beds, and nice smelling products. Only thing I'd say is staff in bar are very young and should be teamed up with experienced/older members (or security) on a weekend night. Last night (Sept 19), there was an absolutely loud, a noxious, racist yank insulting everybody and their mother but they were too intimidated to show him the door. Otherwise, good stay and would recommend.

The hotel itself was very good but first impressions from arriving at car park was not good.the car park and surrounds of the hotel had an enormous amount of weeds everywhere making it appear run down and they were not little weeds - had been there for a long time We were pleasantly surprised on entering the hotel as the facilities were pleasant and comfortable. It was a real shame about the surroundings as they really let the hotel down
