A bright country home and garden that makes up part of a traditional Italian farmhouse (known as a Cascina.) Conveniently located next to the renowned Bogogno Golf Club and less than a 30 minute drive from Malpensa Airport and Lago Maggiore, at the foot of the Alps.
The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.
Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. The outcome is an alluring eco-resort composed of 11 independent serviced apartments, featuring luxury hotel-level service, set in an idyllic natural environment and luscious gardens.
This unit is located at the ground floor, measures about 60 sqm and is composed of a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a nice bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), bathroom with a large Italian shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Soggiorno relax con amici
Bellissimo alloggio immerso nel verde, arredato con gran gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario. Ottima pulizia e gentilezza del personale, sempre disponibile e pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. L'appartamento è anche dotato di un giardinetto molto ben curato.
Aggiungere un separè tra i due letti per maggior privacy.
