Great place!

Very nice property sitting at the bottom of a ski chair lift. Nice in house restaurant! Friendly staff all around! The manager on duty seemed to be everywhere checking in on guests, and helping out everyone, even in the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great resort, clean, and employees very helpful! I didn’t give 5 stars because we were disappointed because there wasn’t air conditioning in the room. It did get up to 80 degrees in CR, so the room did get pretty hot in the evening, otherwise, stay was great!!

Great location! Old style hotel. Dangerous showers, slippery as heck, wife fell, no anti slip. Poor air circulation. Hot as heck in the summer. A joke of a resort fee?

- Floor was covered in white pet hair - Multiple black curly hairs in shower and bathroom - No AC, hot at night - Paid for 'valley view' but got view of another building from deck - Bathroom smelled moldy, no ventilation, had to keep door open when showering - Hallways were dingy and dark, really needs updating - Trash 'bags' were sheets of plastic wrap or similar, how cheap do you have to be to not have a proper bag. Biggest thing is we both woke up with red bites on us that are still burrowing -- would not recommend this place especially for 250 + a night -- we ended up leaving early cause it was so bad.

The area in general is beautiful. Bellmen and housekeeping staff were kind, helpful and very accommodating. Twice the front desk staff were rude, their communication skills lacking. The indoor pool is incredibly small. The pictures on the website are deceiving . Room was not clean; it was dusty, the bed did not appear to have fresh sheets, something was black and smudged on the pillowcase and sheets. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and felt like they had not purchased new mattresses in a very long time. The pullout couch bed was very dirty, old, uncomfortable. All in all, not worth the big daily rate, daily parking fee, daily resort fee. The property is very old, feels dirty and the younger staff working the front desks are lacking in hospitality communication.

For a resort, it was meh. I couldn't believe we didn't have AC. We had to sleep with the window open and my allergies got really bad at our stay because of it. I wish we would have known that in advance. The staff (besides bell hops) were not friendly but just gave mediocre service. Liked the sauna and work out room but the rest was just okay.

It is a nice property in a pretty location. The room was good except there is NO air conditioning. The weather was hot and the room did not cool down at night. They provided a large fan that needed to run all night and was very noisy. We did not sleep well!

Customer service was lacking, people were nice just not the level of service I usually experience. I also got an extra charge at checkout. I was told that my card given at check in was for a deposit and would be refunded after checkout. It has not been refunded and no explanation as to why. The hotel was lovely and looks like it will be updated soon. Im hoping with new ownership maybe on my next visit, service will also be spruced up.
