I was blown away by how great the amenities were, the size of my room & how close you were to ski and ski out. With a restaurant on site & Aprés directly underneath my balcony. It was fantastic. The price was one of the best I’ve had in any ski trip. And we do 2 Rockies trips per year.

Staff was courtious and responsive. Room layouts are convenient and clean. Indoor parking made checkin and checkout a breeze. Ski valet and hotel location lift also was the best ever for getting on the slopes. On the disapointing side - Hot tubs availability was unpredictable and TVs in room was old cable flatsceen technology. Bring your own streaming devices. Was not a problem as we were there to ski and not watch TV.

Everything about Elevation was Excellent, except the 2 out door hot tubs were either out of order and/or the jets did not work. The great things about it: > Location, location location > In house restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner and apres ski) > Very helpful front desk staff > In house ski storage (for free) > Ping pong tables, games, etc

Clean room, maintenance staff helped with correcting TV setup. Front desk was very helpful. Able to get ski equipment right in the hotel and store there each day. Thank you all. I have stayed here now 4 times over the past 4 years that I have been able to travel to CB!

Location was the best! Literally you walk out the property and the lift is within less than a minute walk. Perfect! Also, it’s right next to the towns bus stops and within the ski lodge/village base. Would highly recommend this place. We had a great time even though we didn’t use any of the spa or other facilities, as too busy skiing and going into town for apres ski.

The description on Expedia listed a kitchenette with cookware. We purposely wanted this so that we could prepare meals in our room. In reality there was a microwave and a Keurig pod coffee maker. There was silverware, plates and glasses but only 2 of each - the room is supposed to accommodate 4 people. On that note, there was only one robe in the closet. The bathtub floor was warped and bubbled so it was awkward to stand in there and shower. We had to completely unscrew the drain plug and remove it in order for the tub to drain seeing as it wouldn’t stay propped open. The toilet barely flushed and needs to be replaced. We found a used plastic fork on the floor between the bed side table and one of the beds. The television was very old, small, had a horrible picture and the cable was constantly glitching and freezing up and would even occasionally freeze up indefinitely - once we left it on for over 45 minutes frozen. The TV was also plugged into an outlet that was also on the circuit with the wall switch that controlled the lamp on the bed side table so we had to figure that out. Mind you it was playoff weekend and we were looking forward to watching the games. We ended going downstairs to the restaurant to watch where the food and service were excellent but the television there was very glitchy as well. The mattresses could definitely be replaced and there was no service without specifically requesting it.
