"Fabulous property and hosts! There are up to 3 units you can rent for groups up to 12 people. I highly recommend this property. The hosts have created a clean and beautiful oasis. We ordered dinner from a local restaurant that delivered and the hosts got us some requested groceries for an extra fee, which we highly appreciated. I am so happy we decided to stay here instead of a hotel in Belize City. "

"The hosts have up to 3 units you can rent for large groups. We rented the 1 bedroom "loft" and the 2 bedroom unit for our group of 8. The murphy bed in the loft was very comfortable and there was still plenty of room for us to get around it without it feeling crowded. Both units were very clean. The oasis that the hosts created on this property trully feels like you're at your own private resort.The pool area, with the multiple lounge seating and swim up kitchen/bar, is fabulous! This gem was the perfect start to our Belizean sailing vacation. "

"Poor organization no coffee in room no glasses no sugar. TV don’t work. Telephone doesn’t work, , Boat did not work. Waste of time to say there , unintelligent, on their website room rates are higher than HOTEL.com 90$ less Hotel is for locals to have picnic"

"A wonderful stay at a very interesting resort. Alligators in the river our room overlooked. A slight hiccup in the food bill, but thanx to an honest manager, we were refunded straight away. The food was awesome. Loved our stay, thank you, we will return "

"If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. "
