Elegi este hotel porque habia estado años atras Pero decayo notablemente No dan crema acondicionadora para el cabello no existe en el hotel Cuando uno llega hay mas de 4 personas en la puerta nadie lo recibe ni le abre la puerta a la dama Unop deja el A/C prendido para cuando regrese a la habitacion este fresca pero la housekeeping se lo apaga y aunque uno pida que no lo hagan lo siguen haciendo En dos oportunidades nos dejaron un solo toallon de baño siendo que el cuarto era para dos y cuando he bajado en la segunda oportunidad al lobby me dijeron que ellos no eran responsables de esa conducta que me tenia que dirgir al area de housekeepin Realmente deplorable nunca mas regreso a ese hotel No elejir este hotel por tan mal trato al huesped

The hotel is beautiful and kept clean. The service is impeccable. We stayed on the Premium level floor 12 and used the food services provided for breakfast, snack time and happy hour. The food and service were very good. The hotel has stores and a Starbucks. It also has good restaurants.
