Central hotel with great harbour view rooms! The lobby restaurant and bar is great, on site parking; walkable to downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful but the entrance turnstile was closed off. The parking lot was confusing as construction was taking place the whole week I was there. It was difficult to know where to park; the paving staff are the ones that advised us of where not to park for the next morning as they were re-sealing the pavement. There were many barricades and the security gate was left open due to changes in their card system.

Fun family stay

We had a great stay in July 2025. The room was exactly as described, and the staff were very responsive to any request we had. The room and facilities were clean, and the hotel itself within easy walking distance of the popular areas of downtown.

We had a beautiful view of the harbour from our hotel room ….👍 The hotel was centrally located for all city access…✅ Hop on hop off service stopped at the hotel✅ There were taxis available when needed✅ The hotel room was not supplied and serviced for 3 people…even though we paid extra for 3rd person We had to ask for glasses, robes , hangers etc which were supplied once requested..the cleaning staff were helpful but not officially informed of extra person… Unfortunately the city road construction was difficult for my husband to negotiate….not a fault of the hotel 🙃

Rooms were very basic, beds hard. No fan in bathroom, could hear everything in the hallways. All the money spent on this hotel went to the loby and greenery area, which was closed off for a wedding while we were there. The pool was very small and disappointing. The staff were very nice at all times, including the many interpretations needed from the broken parking gate. Location was good, view was a roof and a building- completely blocking whar could have been a stellar view of signal hill

Great location. One issue was we were a family of 4 but only kept receiving 3 sets of towels even after requesting the 4th set multiple times. I found that very odd.

The hotel lobby is strikingly beautiful when you first enter. They have a two-space restaurant and a club lounge. I had access to the lounge which was extra luxurious with snacks, hot and cold drinks, breakfast and dinner appies. When the lounge was closed one day, I received a voucher for the restaurant's buffet. The doors locked in the evening so you needed your key to enter. It felt very safe. The hotel is located at the end of all the action and it was about a 25 minute walk to the other end of downtown, but easy to uber/taxi (5 mins). I would highly recommend the Sheraton and would stay here again!
