There was a slight hiccup upon checking in but it was resolved in under 5 minutes and the male staff member upgraded our room as compensation which was a surprise to us but greatly appreciated. The room upgrade exceeded our expectations.

Made several noise complaints. People in other rooms were extremely loud at all hours of the night. From 11pm to 3am we heard all the laughter from other loud guests and we did not get much rest. We were up early and checked out early.
