I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.

It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Banheiro com acento sanitário solto, forte cheiro de esgoto, chuveiro morno para frio. Inclusive minha filha de 3 anos tomou banho quase frio. Disseram ter estacionamento incluso mas é mentira, tivemos que pagar 35.00. Tomaremos providencia sobre isso.

Dias em Curitiba no Hotel Rede Andrade Guaíra

Hotel atende a necessidade, quartos estavam limpos assim como banheiro, tinha tomada quebrada e janela sem trava. Fiquei por três diarias, em somente uma delas teve troca de toalhas e roupas de cama, bem como tirar lixo do banheiro, não foi feito limpeza no quarto só os itens que informei acima. Elevador estava com botões externos quebrados e um deles na parte de dentro do elevador não funcionava um dos botões do andar que eu estava. Ar condicionado que te e frio ok. Conveniência só tinha água, refri e alguma cerveja, básico porém ok, café da manhã estava bom pelo preço e condições esperadas. Pelo valor hotel atende por ser bem no centro na praça rui Barbosa, quem quiser um pouco mais de conforto recomendo procurar outros hotéis. Hotel não tem estacionamento, o parceiro não faz o valor informado e muito menos o da Plataforma, Hotéis.com deveriam me devolver a diferença ok.

Foi horrível , colchão todo rasgado , sujo , chão do quarto todo quebrado , banheiro cheio de limo, janelas sujas , apartamento com mobília toda ruim . Enfim, péssimo 😔, café da manhã sem qualidade. Fora que oferecem estacionamento aqui no Hotéis.com e lá no hotel não tem , somente pagando e fora do hotel .

Hospedagem lastimável

Não hospedaria novamente neste hotel e nem indicaria ninguem a hospedar. Tivemos problema com chuveiro que demorou a esquentar, uma das vezes a água saiu suja e ficou fazenso varulho como se estivesse entupido o cano. O ar condicionado era antigo e fazia uns barulhos que incomodava. No café da manhã no qual não fizemos tivemos a companhia de barata e isso foi um absurdo e quando questionado na recepção a resposta foi que o hotel tinha passado por uma detetização recente e que comonera no centro , poderia infelizmente isso pode ocorrer. E não a detetização estava vencida e isso foi um absrurdo. E pior quando foi solicitado a gerencia para conversar ela não estava e pedimos para entrar em contato e a mesma ignorou nossa reclamação. Ao retornar ao hotel encontramos com a gerente e informamos o fato e ela não se notou espantada e falou que a detetização estava em dia. Então falamos que iriamos trocar de hotel e ela disse que o que poderia fazer seria devolver a diária, o que não aconteceu , pois foi devolvido o valor de 80% da diária, uma.vez que a mesma disse que seria devolvido integral. Porém ela já tinha ido embora antes do horário e o atendente não quis ligar para a mesma.

Pessima experiencia

Pior experiência em hospedagem. Quarto e móveis velhos. Banheiro sujo, sem serviço de frigobar. No meu último dia, não arrumaram o quarto e nem papel higiênico havia disponível. Tive que ir a recepção solicitar as 20h, sendo que havia saído do quarto às 6h da manhã. Detalhe que o lixo do cesto do banheiro recolheram, mas não arrumaram e nem limparam e muito menos disponibilizaram papel. Descaso total, tem que descredenciar, pois para ser ruim ainda falta muito, porque é péssimo.
