Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. Excellent service. 3-year old facility, looks brand new, squeaky clean. Location is uphill and away from restaurants, shops, central sightseeing, so we relaxed and ate in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly good; thanks to a previous reviewer who recommended the excellent pumpkin soup. Really nice facility, great value for the money.
