We loved this hotel for our stay in Cusco. The service from the entire staff was exceptional - they were quick to help with anything we needed and made us feel like VIPs. I really enjoyed the view of Cusco, especially how the houses light up the hills at night like stars in the sky. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the main square with some excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

I was wowed by the kindness of the staff. They took such care in making sure I was aclimating to the high altitude of Cusco. "We recommend that you eat a light meal. Would you like some coca tea?" Dinner at the hotel that evening was delicious. Main square was within walking distance, with many artisan shops on the way. My room was so modern and comfortable. I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! Too bad I stayed only one night. Can't wait to return!!

Amazing and easy check-in experience! The staff happily carried our luggage to our room while we drink tea! Highly recommend the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again next time in Cusco.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was convenient, a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. But what sets the hotel apart is the staff. So helpful and gracious - they welcomed us with tea, attended to our every want and need and even upgraded our room when we came back after trekking. Would 100% recommend.

Wonderful small hotel with best customer service
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Customer service is top-notch. Every staff member is always smiling and anticipates our needs in advance. Very close to city center in a nice part of the town close to a variety of restaurants, art galleries etc. Superb Stay.
