Hotel De Geneve
"The staff members were informative about nearby restaurants and other places in Geneva. I did have an issue regarding the wifi upon arrival The credit card was required for joining for security reasons and i have never had to do this ever before. My phone continued to indicate insecure network even after the staff member helped. This all made me feel insecure about providing my credit card for wifi. Another issue: There was no hair dryer in the room but was delivered after I asked. The outlet in the bathroom needed attention and I was reminded how I didn’t know how to add the wifi and now I don’t know what I’m doing with the hair dryer. I did not appreciate this treatment from the staff member. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were old and lumpy. The train station and city tour bus were close by the hotel. Overall, the hotel experience was okay but certainly not as pleasant as I expected."
